Energy Prices (Early December 2015)

Electricity:  

Analysts have said that low river and reservoir levels in mainland Europe, following unusually light rainfall over the last six months, may help shore up energy prices in some parts of the Continent over the winter, particularly if the dry spell continues.

Gas: 

The start of LNG exports from the US and the ramping up of LNG exports from new Australian terminals over the next couple of months remain major bearish influences on the market.
